This is a delectable stir-fry dish featuring tender chunks of medium-rare beef and wide, flat noodles, all coated in a rich, glossy sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Ingredients:

✅ 400g of wide flat noodles
✅ 500g of beef sirloin cut into chunks
✅ 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
✅ 2 cloves of garlic minced
✅ 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger minced
✅ 1/4 cup of soy sauce
✅ 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
✅ 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
✅ 1/2 cup of beef broth
✅ 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

Instructions:

1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the beef chunks and cook until medium-rare, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth until well combined.
